Texture uses a small number of third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") to support delivery of the Services. These subprocessors may process Customer Data solely as necessary for Texture to provide the Services, and are bound by written agreements requiring appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Service: CDN, DDoS protection, edge caching Location: United States Function: Protects and accelerates traffic to the Texture Platform.

Service: Application monitoring & error tracking Location: United States / EU Function: Receives error data and metadata about platform events in order to diagnose stability issues.
Datadog
Service: Infrastructure & application monitoring Location: United States Function: Receives operational metrics, logs, and traces from platform components.

Service: Session replay & frontend monitoring Location: United States Function: Captures anonymized frontend telemetry to help debug issues and improve the Platform.

Service: Product analytics Location: United States / EU Function: Collects anonymized usage metrics and event data to help improve user experience.
